Hey quick question: Has anyone told you that you must be tied directly to your business to make it successful? That the “4 Hour Workweek” is a myth? That you have to work in your business full time to make it succeed in the real world? Well, if someone has been telling you that these things are untrue or unattainable, then I’m sorry to say but that is complete BULLSHIT. Look, in the beginning stages of your business you will have to put in your time and work hella long hours to make it successful. This is the undeniable TRUTH. BUT, it is very possible to take extended time away from your business, have it remain stable and possibly even grow in profit WITHOUT your direct involvement. Of course it is. And I’m about to show you the critical elements you need to build this life, minus the women, that’s totally dependant on how much game you have. So you may be wondering: Why should you listen to me? Well, other than the fact that I’m Asian, drop dead handsome and totally humble about it, the past 4 months I’ve spent a total of 20 hours on maintaining and growing […]

Just like Sam, Krebs and me also love super heroes. Shit, half the time we think we are super heroes (hey, self belief is the #1 factor to success so I’m not apologizing)…. Back to the point. What is better than a super hero? A fucking team of super heroes!!! To build a business that can grow fast while still maintaining it’s core values and the quality of service you HAVE to have a super hero fitness team that has the same mission/vision as you. When you think about the quality of training and service at big box gyms/health clubs, I’m guessing you’re not thinking top notch, or this is where I will seek out the best people to deliver great results with an incredible experience. How could you when there is more than a 90% turnover of staff/trainers? Most people think that the only reason is because the trainers don’t get paid much and they leave because of that. The truth is that they are not appreciated, respected and there is no team unity, mission, vision or purpose. When you are building your business, your brand, looking into the future, think about how much time and finances you have […]

What’s up Super Trainers! It’s been a long time since I have written a blog post here and I apologize for that. I had to re-negotiate my deal with Sam first. I didn’t want to do it for FREE. So I got him to change my picture and give me a better nick name than the “Shermanator” J I have been traveling a ton trying to keep up with him going to as many masterminds and events that I possibly can. So far this year I have already been on 4 trips and have 8 more planned between now and June! So we changed “Shermanator” to “Jet Setter”. All of the traveling and masterminding has definitely paid off. I have met some really cool people, learned some really cool stuff (which I am going to share with you today) and my businesses are doing better than ever. Today I am going to give you a couple of really cool strategies you can add to what you are already doing (at least should be doing) and make it better. How many times have you “opted in” for something free and never even read it? I know I have at least a […]

[spoiler]Erik: Hey. It’s Erik Rokeach and I’m here with the professor himself, Mr. Armando Cruz, and Armando and I are going to talk about something that is really, really important that doesn’t get a lot of coverage, and that is creating value and trust with your clients and he’s one of the masters of doing – he’s great at just taking that person and really developing a long-lasting relationship. I wanted to ask him how he does it so that I can share it with you. So Armando, thanks for being here, man. I appreciate it. Armando: No, my pleasure. Thank you for having me. Erik: All right. So you’re here at Super-Trainer. You’re writing. Just so everybody knows, what’s your connection with Sam and Super-Trainer, how you got involved with it? Armando: I’ve known Sam for about three years. Erik: OK. Armando: And I met him in a mastermind and we just clicked and we always bounce off ideas and I always respected what he did and he respected what I did and so when he took over Super-Trainer, he said, “Look, I think you would be a valuable contributor and I would love to have you on my […]

[spoiler]What’s up Super-Trainers! This is Leanne Ellington coming it to you from the lovely Maui, Hawaii. My main point in this video is something that I probably wouldn’t been able to talk about a couple of weeks ago or even a few days ago. It’s the concept of sprinting, doing maximal activity/work followed by a recovery or rest. We talked about or we preach it in our boot camps or training sessions with our clients about the importance of rest. How much better equip they’re gonna be and do that big activity if they are followed by a rest. I am sitting here and literally this is the first vacation I’ve taken for myself in about 18 months. 18 MONTHS! I don’t know how I’ve been doing it. Sure, I’ve been going away for the weekend and going to conferences, masterminds, and maybe visiting my family living in Ohio. But I haven’t taken an extended period of time where I just shut off my mind and there is something really specific about that in terms of not checking your email, no worrying about the day-to-day focus of what’s going on in your business. Just literally shutting off your mind. Because […]
