[spoiler] Bedros Keuilian: … teach people on, I don’t want you to speak and so that’s how this whole thing came about. In 2008, we had the Fitness Business Summit and we had about 300 attendees so we have more than doubled our attendants and here, May 1, 2 and 3 of ’09, we’re expecting 350 to 400 fitness professionals. Already seven different countries have registered to attend which is really cool. I never thought I could pull anything like that [0:00:36] [Indiscernible] and like you said, it’s beyond just the general hand out a business card or pack up a flyer on the phone pole or go to your local Chamber of Commerce and deal with all these people who are bitching and moaning about the economy. This is hardcore fitness marketing strategies that work, that work online, that work offline, teach you how to create info products, teach you how to market info products, teach you how to monetize a boot camp the right way, the personal training studio the right way and it’s also people who are actively doing it today and not just people who profess. Kaiser Serajuddin: Yeah. That’s really a unique group of people […]

[spoiler] Bedros Keuilian: Maybe they’re easy to reach because they’re in college and you can access them by marketing at their university but there is one fatal flaw. Most college students don’t have money so there has got to be a starving crowd that’s easy to reach with the finances available to afford your services. So once you’ve got that in the center of the triangle, then on each leg of the triangle, you write the following. Leg number one is continuity or EFT that we just talked about. Leg number two is leverage or I will use the word that I created, “leveragable” and leg number three is multiple income streams. So here’s what I figured out. There was no way I can make $1 million a year with just one personal training studio. Oh, you can but you really have to have everything dialed into a [0:00:56] [Inaudible] but I knew that if I had a personal training studio and I had a second personal training studio, it would be easier to make $500,000 with each of them than $1 million with one of them. So all of a sudden I figured out that multiple income streams are […]

FINDING AND GROOMING TALENT FOR YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING BUSINESS (part two of three part series)

Here is the formula to getting rich as a fitness professional: 1.  Do marketing that yields you a net return on the investment (once you find it, do tons of it). 2.  Build systems to handle inquiries, sales, and training. 3.  Hire people to do execute your system with no involvement from you. 4.  Retire and live at the beach. Easy huh?  Nothing new to you I’m sure.  Knowing what to do is never the problem.  It is always the ABILITY TO EXECUTE.  That is and has always been the deciding factor.  Any new-b entrepreneur has a good idea every few months.  An advanced,  hundred million to billionaire entrepreneur can mentally breakdown and construct a new business opportunity in their minds in a matter of minutes … IDEAS DON’T MATTER – IT’S ALL ABOUT YOUR ABILITY TO EXECUTE ON THEM. This ability isn’t something you get overnight.  It’s something that you learn, practice, and eventually master.  You’ll then be able to make money so fast that you’ll wonder where it was hiding all those years. Whoa, we’re getting ahead of ourselves.  As you probably figured out, a major limiting step in this entire process will be your ability to find, […]

Fitness Marketing – Bedros Keuilian Interview Part 2

[spoiler] Bedros Keuilian: … that niche market and three, raising my rates and charging what I’m really worth. I kept undercharging and so I raised my rates and started charging what I’m really worth to that niche market now that I was positioned as the expert to it. And holy cow, I mean it took off and then I’ve used that same formula now for my client Sam out here in Chino who went from making $30,000 a month to $105,000 a month to seven figures; Josh Carter in West Coast, California rocking it with his training studio. I’ve got a client out in New Jersey actually who only caters to the in-home training to a high affluent population. It’s like those $23,000 personal training packages but he charges $147 a session and so three and four-day week programs for 12 months. And it’s amazing to see that because once you break through that glass ceiling, the next $100,000 comes quicker, number one and number two, each of these guys have one thing in common. The [0:01:09] [Indiscernible] was they positioned themselves to that niche as the expert and because of that, they were able to justify charging a hell […]

[spoiler] Kaiser Serajuddin: Hey, what’s up? This is Kaiser. You’re of course listening to me on Super-Trainer and today I’ve got one of the top people in the fitness industry here on the phone with me. It’s Bedros Keuilian. What’s up, Bedros? Bedros Keuilian: Hey, Kaiser. How are you, buddy? Thanks for having me. Kaiser Serajuddin: Oh, it’s my pleasure, man. Yeah. So like I said, you’re one of the top dogs in this business and it’s not just from a training angle. I mean you did make your chops [Phonetic] as a trainer but now it’s from helping other trainers expand their businesses and just in general laying out the whole financial game plan for overall wealth. That’s what you’re known for. How did all this come about? How did all this happen? Bedros Keuilian: That’s a good question. All this happened about probably 10 years ago when I was struggling to get my personal training business off the ground and I was fortunate enough where one of my clients who happened to be in the mortgage industry handed me a Tom Hopkins tape and Tom Hopkins for those who don’t know is one of those old school sales […]
