If so, then you are really going to benefit from the “Walk away from it all”  method ..I’ll explain more in a bit… You see…  If you are anything like me or all the other self made Entrepreneurs out there… you probably have your brain “Thinking” about business ALL Day and EVERY day. I find myself doing these things constantly throughout the day on my computer. – Checking emails every min. – Answering the phone every time it rings??-Checking google analytics -Updating facebook fan page every 3 hours -Searching the net looking at info products -Answering emails -Checking my merchant […]

Hey Party People, what’s good? Well, I will tell you what’s good in my life… Saturday, May 21st, 2011 = 16 weeks of Diet, Insane Workouts, and Prep were put on stage in front of over 700 people at the Midland Theatre in Kansas City, MO for the 2011 WBFF US Central Championship. Sunday, May 22th, 2011 = I shot for a feature in STATUS FITNESS MAGAZINE Monday, May 23rd, 2011 = my partners: 7-Figure Sam, Dustin “The Dominator” Martarano, and Jamie “The Quiet Storm” Philippi launched Chi-Town Boot Camps. Not one location, but three locations around the Chicago land area…all in which have atleast 3 time slots at four days a week! Did I mention this little business venture with these bad ass dudes made over 18K the week prior before we even opened the doors? You might want to write this down…Group On is pretty much gangster when you have all your systems in place to rock it out! 905 sold…not a bad weekend! So, yeah I guess you can say my week was pretty insane, however, it has probably been one of the most badass weekends I have had in a long time. As you see above […]

I got to tell you I love Super-Trainer. It’s like my new hobby. It’s giving me the same feeling I used to get when I bought a car and couldn’t wait to modify it. It’s incredible in little over 6 weeks the traffic to this site has nearly tripled. I love the fact that Super-Trainer is an open platform blog where any fitness pro with good content can share what’s working for them with the rest of the fitness industry. So when Emile Jarreau text me that he wanted to share something important with the rest of the industry I had to take notice……  Here is my boy Emile   [youtube YcRCKPhFcG8] Today is a great day…but not so long ago, life sucked for this “trainer” The typical 60-80 week, not enough cash flow, constant threat of having no place to train clients when management gets a hair up their @ss and decides today is the day they take training “in house”…which always sucks for the educated gym goer having to suffer through a workout in the hands of the poorly skilled trainer. All of you brand new trainers and boot camp owners are soooo fortunate right now to be […]

The Importance of Corporate Wellness

The Importance of Corporate Wellness

Last month I discussed some common lies and myths about corporate wellness. This article is about the importance of corporate wellness. Opportunity in corporate wellness is everywhere, and I want to provide you with the ammunition you need to take advantage of this growing industry. American employers lose over 300 billion dollars of productivity annually due to illness, sick days, absenteeism and sub-par performance (“presenteeism”). For every dollar an employer spends on salaries and wages, they spend a minimum of an additional 10 cents on health insurance and workers compensation costs. This is above and beyond the unintentional and often unrecognized costs noted above. Why is wellness important in the corporate environment? Why should employers be concerned about their employees’ wellness? The average employee misses 8.4 days annually due to illness or injury, totaling over $63 billion nationwide. The employee with a serious or chronic condition (diabetes, lung disease, heart disease, cancer, etc.) misses 72 days annually, and works at diminished capacity when present. Nationwide, over 2.5 billion work days are reduced or lost completely. Do you think this is the kind of workforce employers intended to employ? Do you think they budgeted for this reduction in productivity? Everyone gets […]
