If people like what you have to say, chances are pretty good they’ll click on your blog and reward you with traffic. This is not necessarily a new strategy, but it’s one that many people know very little about.   Get A FREE SEO Website Audit Here <===== Unfortunately, so many people without a clue go to websites and make utterly generic comments like “This is a great post. I will be back to read more.” They might say “Thanks for writing such an interesting article” or “I agree with you 100 percent.” But… so what? These useless comments add nothing to the conversation. The writer probably just rolls his or her eyes because it’s been said and done so many times already from shameless promoters. Comments like these are a waste of everyone’s time. The truth is… you can still be a shameless promoter, but you have to do it right. You have to approach blog commenting with a solid strategy. If you’re trying to benefit from blog commenting activity, leave your search engine optimizing brain at home. Search engine spiders are generally told not to follow any links or keywords left on the blog’s comment pages, so think […]

I’ve read a great deal of books on the topics of failure and success. I’ve come across many examples of mishaps transformed into triumphs. There are countless examples, really. Yet, textbooks can’t teach you the sort of lesson that real, concrete failure can.         When you fail, you hit rock bottom. You need this humbling moment to realize, “Well maybe I’m not the sh*t. Perhaps I was too cocky. Surely, hubris was my character flaw.” As you may recall, pride is one of the seven deadly sins – right up there with envy, lust, anger, gluttony, sloth and greed. Perhaps this was the trouble with Blockbuster Video. They thought they owned full market share of the video rental industry, so who cares what the so-called “competition” is doing, right? They’re just little guys. So what if they’re waiving late fees? So what if they’re spending money to mail DVDs to customers directly? What a ludicrous idea! So what if these small fish are lowering their prices. They’ll be gone soon enough. Now, in many markets, Blockbusters have been replaced by Netflix, Red Box and Family Video. These silent-but-deadly assassins snuck in and provided consumers with a […]

I can’t emphasize enough the importance of business FUNDAMENTALS when it comes to running a successful fitness business or any business for that matter. You must KNOW your numbers like the back of your hand. Let me say repeat: YOU MUST KNOW YOUR NUMBERS LIKE THE BACK OF YOUR HAND In this case…. My friend Irma simply got some bad advice. She is been working her ASS off but no matter how hard she tries she just doesn’t seem to make it. So I made a trip Culver city and Beverley Hills last Friday to  what I can do to help her. [spoiler] Sam Bakhtiar: Hey everybody. What’s going on? It’s your main man Seven-Figure Sam here in beautiful Beverly Hills, California but now I’m here with my really, really good friend Irma Sandoval with Carver City Boot Camp. Let’s just say that. And her landlord Michael Weiner. Michael Weiner: It’s great. Sam Bakhtiar: So now, I’m going to actually interview Michael because he’s an awesome guy. He’s super, super cool because I’ve been on the phone with him and trying to see why Irma wasn’t making the money that she was supposed to be making and she’s such a […]
