Hey there fellow Fitness Business superstar.  It’s your favourite Ninja Dan here and I’m back with Part 2 of the 3 part series on how I plan to grow my business while I’m on Vacation in Asia. As I’m writing this I’m on a plane to New York to work on what I call, “Project X”. I’ll be there for 4 days to get sh*t done, plan out my “change the world” strategies and…have fun doing it. It’s something I’ve been planning for awhile and when it happens you will definitely know about it.  It’s exciting and scary at the same time…but that’s how I like it ;)  I’m there strictly on business but hopefully I’ll be able to throw some partying in there on the last day…you know how we do. In part 1 we talked about how to hire your personal assistant…who is the most important person in your business to have when you are just starting out. This is a guest blog post by my man Kaiser “Super” Serajuddin. You guys liking this site so far or what?  I own nearly every fitness business product out there and pretty much everything in the online marketing and business development space, and the FREE content being dropped here daily shits on all of it.  You just need to implement what you’re learning. Right now, I’m going to share a few of these right moves.  Model some of them where you see fit and adopt my reasoning in others, and you should have an easier time putting things into place in your own fitness business than I had in mine. Oh, and for anyone that wants to skim this and say “I knew that”, “that was […]

We all have the same 24 hours in a day and the same 7 days in a week. So why is it that some top producers seem to get mountains of things accomplished while others seem to never move closer to their goals? Well, first I’d suggest that those high achievers have a clear picture of what they are trying to get done. Secondly, I’d say that they value their time more than most and make sure that they are getting a significant return on the time they invest in activities. And finally I believe that they successful plan their day to make sure they move closer to their goals. While this isn’t specifically a goal achievement program, I strongly suggest that you spend some time deciding exactly how you want your business to look in 6, 12, 24 and 36 months. Once you have that clear picture of your future, then making decisions on how to spend your time becomes much easier. It essentially boils down to this: If the activity is going to move you closer to your goals, then you should do it. If it’s going to move you farther away, then don’t do it. As you […]
