Sam: Hey. What’s going on everybody? This is Sam here at Seven-Figure Retreat with all my friends. I got two people here missing – Steve and Luka who are at the pool party in MGM Grand – but it’s all good. That is Steve’s birthday. Shout out to Steve Krebs. What’s going on?
Anyway, so Neil. We have Neil here. We got Ian here. We got David here, Damien and Kirk. So every one of us, we’re going to ask a question and you want to give the best answer. I’m going to go straight with you, Kirk. Kirk, what is your number one question that you want answered?
Kirk: What is the best solution if someone comes to you and they can’t do one-on-one training and boot camp training and to commit to like weekly set appointments? Do you make a product and how do you get that to give them the highest quality possible?

A few weeks a go I had the pleasure to travel to Connecticut to meet up with my buds at Fitness Revolution. They held a workshop at Tyler English’s AMAZING new facility. Unlike most workshops where they either teach marketing or training, Pat and company more than covered both. One day was dedicated to marketing and one another to training. I am actually very impressed with the Fitness Revolution and how they run things. These guys truly go above and beyond to take care of their people. I highly recommend consulting with Fitness Revolution to see if it’s the tight fit. Tyler’s facility is one of the BEST if not THE BEST private facilities that I have EVER seen. It’s not the 9000+ square feet or the bad A** set up that makes Tyler’s facility so amazing. After all anyone can duplicate that. What makes Tyler’s gym so unique is TYLER ENGLISH and his AMAZING staff. What makes Tyler’s gym so successful is his ability to communicate his WHY to everyone of his staff and clients. Just checkout how Tyler runs his classes. Pay close attention to the way he interacts with his clients, how he pushes them and the […]

This is a fun way my friend and coaching client Michael Duivis connects with his prospects and clients. In my opinion everyone fitness business owner should have one of these in their business. Notice how Michael has made the old “let me tell you about me” model real fun and entertaining. He even makes fun of himself on the poster. I challenge you to do the same for your business. People don’t care about what you do til they know WHY you’re doing it. “For the first 21 years of my life I was chubby. I had this amazing skill of mixing bad foods all together. Like chocolate ice cream with chocolate sprinkles, syrup, and Hershey bars all in one bowl. I grew up in Amsterdam, and I’m pretty sure that if it wasn’t for the daily soccer games, I would have been one big kid. So in a way the active European lifestyle prevented me from getting out of control. But on the other hand, I never realized the effect my nutrition had on my body. Now everything was great in the Netherlands, but I felt there was more opportunity in America, so at the age of 18 I […]

First Law of Extraordinary Success-People who achieve ordinary outcomes do so by using conventional approaches and methods taught in schools and used by the masses.  People who achieve extraordinary to near impossible outcomes do so by using a different set of master strategies that are universally and consistently used by superachievers and are virtually unknown to the masses. Second Law of Extraordinary Success-Superachievers learn these master strategies from mentors (the fast way), or through the agonizing process of trial and error (the slow way). Four Types of People-Which Type are you?  DRIFTERS-Go with the flow of the river and go wherever it takes them-50 percent of the adult population.  PURSUERS-Set their own course and pursue dreams achieve some and fail to achieve most-25 percent of adult population.  ACHIEVERS-Set their own course and power their way through various destinations regardless of the flow-24.99 percent of adult population.  SUPERACHIEVERS-Those who get out of the river altogether, pursue and achieve extraordinary outcomes and impossible dreams.  One tenth of the adult population.  Our greatest and most desirable dreams are usually the most distant destinations.  Once we become adults and realize how distant they are, we don’t even begin the journey, much less complete it.
