[spoiler]Hey. Yes. What’s up? It’s Armando Cruz and I’m pumped to be here at Super-Trainer.com. I just finished an awesome workout. I got in the shower, got my green smoothie and I’m fired up, ready to give you some good content that has really helped take my business to the next level.

First I want to show you around my think tank in here. So this is like my little library/think room. So again, library right there. I use a lot of whiteboards. There’s one whiteboard, two whiteboards, three whiteboards right there and then I put whiteboards on all the closets. Another whiteboard there. This is a more – my library and a little window to look outside and enjoy God’s beautiful earth.

So what do I have for you guys today? We’re going to go over something that is the foundation of everything that we’re going to do in our business and in our life. Actually this is the key to everything. It’s called soul purpose [0:01:19] [Indiscernible] Michael Gerber from The E-Myth. If you haven’t read that book, definitely get it and read it. It’s called primary aim.

In fact, Michael Gerber has four questions to determine what your primary aim is and I want to share those with you today because I know when I first read that book, I kind of glanced over at it. I didn’t really see the – whatever. Oh, that’s nice. But this is something that is a must. If you do not know this, it is the equivalent of a client of yours saying, “I want to lose weight.” OK. One pound, two pounds, a hundred pounds? What do you know? How do you know when you got there? What do you know what that dream, what that final result is that they want?

The same thing happens with you. How do you what that final result is if you don’t know your soul purpose and what your ultimate life looks like. So I’m going to share with you four questions and I got them right here. The first one is, “What do I value most?” OK?

Second one, “What kind of life do I want?”

The third one, “What do I want my life to look like and feel like?” This is very important. What do I want my life to look like and feel like?

And the last which is probably one of my favorites. Who do I wish to be? “Who do I wish to be?” speaks to something that’s greater, something – your legacy. I love that word “legacy” and really people don’t use it because people don’t strive for it anymore.

What is that legacy you want to leave behind to your kids, to your family, to your friends, to your clients? What is that legacy? When somebody says your name, what is going to pop into people’s minds? And I want to get that through you because without this, your business is just kind of like that client that says, “Oh, I want to lose weight.” It never goes anywhere because it doesn’t have direction.

When you know that soul purpose, when you know that primary aim in your life, you wake up every single morning, you read it. What I’m trying to say, you must write these things down. It will take you 20, 30 of – an hour. OK. Whatever it takes you, it’s going to be worth it. It’s actually real priceless because I can guarantee if you do this, you answer those four questions – OK? You answer those four questions and you read them every single morning when you get up, first thing in the morning, and you say to yourself, “What can I do today to get me one step closer to that?” I guarantee you in one month you already have been [0:04:09] [Indiscernible]. Just in one month.

So don’t think that this is a theoretical exercise. No. This is something that you must do. You must write it out. You must read it every single day and you must plan to get one step closer to that and that’s it.

And I tell my clients, “How much do you want to weigh? How much do you want to lose?” Oh, I want to lose 30 pounds. OK. Thirty pounds? All right. That’s very doable. How do we break it up? Let’s go for a pound a week. A pound a week is very doable. Break it up into something small.

A lot of times we want something so huge right off the beginning. Everybody wants this huge impact result but there’s a saying that says, “Whatever comes fast, leaves fast.” And while it’s exciting when it comes fast, you won’t build those habits and that’s the biggest thing. That’s the biggest takeaway.

If you don’t build those habits, you don’t maintain what you’ve just created. You know this from your clients. If they get quick weight loss results and they haven’t built the habits – that’s the problem with liposuction and those stomach gastric bypass. They don’t build the habit.

So build the habit of success by first laying out your foundation and laying out your destination. So I hope that helps. In the trenches, I look forward to speaking to you soon. Take care.
