The fact of the matter is anyone who doesn’t want to measure, doesn’t want to be held accountable. It’s just like that client who claims they want to drop twenty pounds but refuses to get measured or step on a scale in front of you.
Hopefully your business isn’t “that client”.
I realize that these are tough questions to answer, because I had to answer them myself and face the fact that I was running my business like my own personal piggy bank.
Read this statement:
“I am not just a personal trainer! I am a fitness entrepreneur!”
Our industry is full of amazing people who GIVE all day long, but don’t take financial responsibility for themselves by setting themselves up for long term wealth building. We have 50 pairs of brand new kicks, but now investments or savings.
It’s time for you to be a 1%er, be in the top 1 % of people in our industry.
I’m not going to lie, I used to hate looking at the numbers, and to me if I had more money in my account at the end of the month then I was good. The truth was that I wasn’t, I was spending money like a drunken sailor in a whore house. I couldn’t get enough, and I had zero to show for it.
Stop blowing your hard earned money on dumb shit. I did.
