It’s a very well known documented fact that….

When we take wild animals out of their natural habitats
they soon get depressed.

And no matter how much we make a zoo look like their natural
habitat they still get depressed.

I never forget what my favorite comedian Chris Rock said about
The Siegfried and Roy, after the incident with the tiger.

“The tiger didn’t go crazy the tiger went tiger”

True that

Now let me ask you a question?

Who do you know that has made a zoo and locked
themselves in it?

You guessed it….

Humans.

Think about it for a second.

Not too long ago….

Our daily food had exercise already build in. Want to eat? No problem, run and catch something.

There was no “what you mean my flight is 15 minutes delayed”

(Don’t even get me started on this lady who had a fit when she found out the plane didn’t have WIFI)

As children we used played outside until “the street lights came on”. There were no video games, iPads, etc……

And as far as I know there were no crazy people shooting at the innocent children either.

I can go on and on but I think you get where I’m going with this.

Today with technology:

We barely move. (cars, planes, computers, etc….)

We do the same things over and over and over again.

And food is easily and readily available to us 24/7.

No wonder that more people are going through depression than ever.

Did you know that antidepressants are one of the most overprescribed drugs in America?

Now don’t get me wrong….

I think there is a time and place for antidepressant medication.

But in my humble opinion, the best prescription for mild depression is EXERCISE.

Something that technology has taken away from us.

It’s called “The Disease of The Modern Man”

Sam,

PS – We can help you prevent “the disease” for less than your favorite Starbucks Latte. (reply to find out)

PPS – Either make time for exercise now, or make time for the hospital later. The choice is always yours.
