by Adrian Gostick and Chester Elton.
It basically talked about how to use “recognition” to engage and retain clients and employees.
I highly recommend picking it up.

I agree. Love or hate em, Crossfit has done a good job of brandig their identity. I used to dabble in Crossfit before it became what it is today, but I still enjoy watching the Crossfit Games.
