What’s up honey badgers … things are rocking over here in Great Neck Long Island at my bootcamp studio, so much so that I’m a little late on getting my monthly blog post out to you guys. Once I realized that, I rushed and broke out the camera to make sure I got it in. Sam doesn’t play games, and it would be pretty embarrassing if I got kicked off of my own site. Knowing that dude, he’d probably write a blog post about it: “Why I Kicked Kaiser Off Of My Site For Being A Lazy Bastard” or something like that. So Sam you can chill – here’s my post for this month, about something everyone needs to keep on their mind at all times: your VALUE PROPOSITION. We are all so consumed with MARKETING at times here on the online space (for good reason) that we lose sight of the VALUE of the actual training product. I talk a little bit about that in the video below:

Hope you guys got some value out of that. I’m nowhere close to where I want to be yet in terms of giving value to my members. And once I get there, not only do I know that I can raise my prices more, but referrals, retention, and conversions will grow because of it.
Marketing is vital, as is just being a friend to people and treating them very well. But add more value to that, and I like I said in the video, this game becomes very easy.
Keep hustling people – talk soon.
Hey Kaiser, good stuff man! Studio looks good! I gotta cross the bridge and come out and see ya.
Good luck bro!
great post buddy. one thing I want to add though especially for new trainers is that it’s actually very easy to add value but it’s hard to take the value away. wha tI mean is make sure whatever you add you can manage both time wise and cost wise because if you bring something into your program and then take it away your clients are going to feel unhappy and it’s probably worse than if you never added it in the first place. always make sure that what you add can be continued in the long run. things like saturday bootcamps, grocery tours, membership or ning sites, etc.
Kaiser…can’t wait to hang out with you bro… and learn some of these high end value adders you have been using in your boot camp. You place looks night Bro!

Great video, At the end of the day people don’t care about the “bells and whistles” they care about how you treat them and the value you that you bring into their lives. See you in a few weeks.
Look at Kaiser’s place. First class all the way. I didn’t expect nothing less from my boy K.
Keep crushing it bro. You’re a class act
@ Greg, you’re welcome any time my man – you’ve got my number – just text me when you’re coming through
@ Mike, couldn’t agree more – I mentioned that briefly, but think long and hard before you add, because once someone has something, they will NEVER give it away –
@ Jonas – glad to hear it man, cuz I get a hell of a lot I want to pick up from you – you’re just killin it
@ Christian, most definitely – I have another little video where I mention the expensive stuff I bought, ie bells and whistles, were a waste – you just need the basics and a whole lot of love for your clientelle
@ Sam – high praise my man coming from you – the look was meaningless though until you filled in a couple of the gaps for me on price structure, and cleaned up my weak-ass advertising – that’s when shit took off for real –
nice post
Hey kaiser good to finally get to see your studio. It looks very nice, very clean and loving the apple idea. I agree sometims its very hard to keep up with the offline marketing an newsletters to clients when you re so caught up in givng an awesome service and value to each and evry session at my camps andbut the importants of keeping in touch offline its incredible. Kep up the good work, your places looks great!
Kaiser, great video & good to see what your studio looks like. And you’re right-on with overdelivering value. One of the ways I do it in my bootcamp is to hit my clients from ‘all angles’… meaning 2-3 email boradcasts/week.. 1 video blog post/week… 2 txt msgs/week… and a phone call if they haven’t signed in for a while.
The cool part is that all that can be automated (www.ContactFormula.com being one of the tools I use).
