I never forget when I watched an interview with the boxing pound for pound king’s
uncle and head trainer, Roger Mayweather.
Now, I will be the first to admit…….
Roger Mayweather is not the brightest tool in the shed.
But he said something that really hit home with me.
During the interview they asked him…
“What’s his nephew’s game plan for the fight”
“Does his nephew watch and study tapes of his opponent”
His reply TOTALLY SHOCKED me.
He answered……..
I see this in our very own industry all the time.
Everyone trying to figure out a new game plan.
The Game plan is simple…
Be the BEST. PERIOD……
Stop worrying about what your competition is doing.
If you commit to being your absolute best, no one can F*** with you.
Skills pays the bills baby.
Don’t you ever forget that….
If you suck at what you do, all the marketing in the world
is not going to help you.
