Push on the Ocean for Life Success

You won’t change the tide, but you will create a ripple; and the ripple effect is perhaps the most undervalued, but powerful energy source known to humankind.

A single action will trigger a surge of undulations, the direction and force of which will depend on the intensity of the initial splash made and any number of undefinable factors there-forward.

Some ripple offshoots will encounter physical barriers that require them to fracture and plot new avenues of less resistance.

Other subsidiaries will be taken by a directional breeze or become swept by a stronger current and chart a more specific, tangible course.

The fact is, you don’t really know.

Not until you are prepared to create the original catalyst and navigate dynamically through its reverberations.

And for the first time in my life, that is exactly what I knew made most sense.

No matter what the business mavericks were telling me about the need to plot, plan and organize; or establish precise and detailed structure to this idea.

When you are speaking from your heart, in true authentic vulnerability and candor, and absent any input from the logically-grounded left brain, you will simply act.

On what feels right.

To push on the ocean is the very essence of paradoxical renegade behavior.

You don’t know where the ripples will go or what shape they will take necessarily.

As a 16-year veteran of the Fitness Industry, I offer this to you humbly.

I almost never knew ‘how’ I was going to make my ideas and dreams work; but I did know ‘why’ they were my purpose.

Fitness Pros are among the most passionate, idea generating and vibrant souls I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.  But we all tend to get ‘stuck’ from time-to-time because we don’t completely know the ‘how’, ‘what’ and ‘when’ answers of our goals.

Maybe, we should just do epic stuff and allow the ripples to take us for ride; in full faith that ‘why’ will get us where we want to be…
