Graphics and Designs
How does your design service work?
First, you choose what you want. It can be any combination of a custom logo, website header, label, or Ebook cover. Once we get your payment, you’ll receive an e-mail that give you specific details on how to draw up your set of instructions for the design(s) you ordered. Finally, we’ll work with you with you to make sure you get the design you want and that you’re perfectly happy with the results.
What’s the usual turnaround time on design orders?
2-4 days depending on the number of revisions it takes to get it right (we almost always get it right the first time).
What are the costs?
$75 for each different design concept.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, when you order multiple designs, for example, any combination of a logo, header, and ebook cover, business cards, and label.
$125 for 2 designs (save $25)
$200 for 3 designs (save $25)
$250 for 4 designs (save $50)
Do I have to pay the full price again for tweaks and revisions to my design?
No, revisions of one of our existing designs range from $5 – $15 depending on what needs to be done.
WordPress Website Installation
How does it work?
First, you choose what “theme” or layout for want for your personal trainer website design. Or, you can simply show us examples of websites you like. Then, we upload and install the theme onto your server, give you an initial set up, customized to how you want it to look.
Once your website is set up, the hard part is over! Then, you’re free to update and change the text of your site on your own, and you’ll have complete control over the content.
What are the costs?
Right now, only $97 for a WordPress installation, custom design, and initial set-up of your website.
I’m not too great with websites.. Don’t I need to a hosting package or domain?
Yes, you will need to purchase your own hosting if you don’t already have it. There are many popular hosting services such as Bluehost and 1 and 1 that you can choose from. Simply follow their instructions, purchase an account, and we’ll take care of the rest.
How much does hosting cost?
Typically, it’s around $7-10 / month for hosting. Additional domains go for about $10 and can easily be purchased through your hosting company. We can help you set this up if necessary.
Once it’s all set up, will I even be able to use it?
Your website will be on WordPress, which is a very user friendly blogging and website platform. Updating your blog or website will be as simple as sending an e-mail. You’re be free to easily update and edit your own content, including audio and video, for as long as you have your website.
Do I get any plugins with my WordPress website installation?
We do give you a start-up plugin package that will optimize your site for the search engines such as Google and allow you to make tweaks and adjustments to your site as well as easily add other features such as audio and video.
Do you offer ongoing support after my website is installed?
If you would like additional support after your site is set up, we do offer this for a small fee. If you ever find you need a n adjustment, just send us an e-mail and we’ll help you out right away.
I really want to make sure I do everything right with my website and designs.. Do you offer more personalized help for specific questions I have that would apply to my personal training business?

Payment Questions
How do I pay?
E-mail us at support@super-trainer.com with your order and we’ll send you instructions on how to pay. Payments are made through PayPal, but a PayPal account isn’t necessary. You can arrange to have an invoice sent to you to pay by credit card or your preferred method.
What happens after I send the money in?
For design and website orders, we’ll send you an e-mail with some simple instructions to get started you started. This will help you put your ideas for your design in writing so we get your order exactly right.
Can I purchase both a design and a WordPress installation?
Yes, we can take on both projects at once to get you set up as quickly as possible. (We love working serious action takers!)
What’s your refund policy?
We guarantee that you’ll be 100% satisfied with any design or service you receive from us. If for whatever reason, you’re NOT satisfied, you’ll be given a prompt refund – no questions asked.
