My partner Alejandra “boss lady” Font and I have build a very successful boot camp business in a VERY crowded and competitive market place. I absolutely love competition and that’s why for so many years I was a competitive bodybuilder.
There isn’t a day go by that I don’t get a text message that reads “I just signed up another person from XYZ boot camp”.
In the below video Alejandra talks about why we do so well in this crowded market place.

Great point! That’s why educational and relationship building marketing works so well.
I agree with you Greg
Killer tip Alejandra – this is what worked so well for me in the past, works on one of my sites in bringing in leads, but that I’ve gotten away from in marketing my bootcamp. Sam’s helped me switch the focus back on ME as the expert, which I know will increase the effectiveness of everything I do moving forward.
Great info and very simple, I totally agree with you that people will buy your services because they know, like, and trust you. Very powerful and simple explaination. Thank you
Great tip. It is definitely human nature to go, and stay, where you feel comfortable. Can’t overlook the human/feelings aspect of business.
Great Great tip! So simple but yet so extremely overlooked. I love these tips because we are so caught up sometimes in high tech marketing tools etc… But forget to put good effort in the basics. Thank you for the great refresher!
Sam, that email you sent was fire – I hope you don’t mind me reprinting it here for anyone that is not on the email list:

TGIF my friends,
5 Principle of a Successful Boot Camp
Yesterday I had my weekly meeting scheduled with my right hand man and my vice president of operations Armando Espinoza.
While I was slaving away at work my boot camp business partner Alejandra “boss lady” Font was on vacation again.
Armando and I been working together for 12 years. He is the kind of guy that always has your back and goes above and beyond the call of duty. (hard to find these days)
So instead of having the meeting in the office I suggested to take a ride in the convertible and discuss business.
After all some of my best ideas have come in that environment. No music, no distractions. Just fresh air, my thoughts and the beautiful sound of my M3’s V8.
While we were having “our meeting” I decided to stop by my daughter’s private Christian preschool to check on her.

So I went to her class and just slightly peeked in and …………
Yes, you guessed it. There she was staring right at me.
She was so happy to see me that she ran and jumped in my arms.
She wanted daddy and she wanted daddy to take her home.
But what about daddy’s work? What about daddy’s meeting? What about ……….
I said to myself….
F*** work, and F*** the meeting. Nothing is more important than this moment right here.
So I just took the rest of the day off and told Armando that we will finish our meeting some other day.

Do you have that kind freedom or are you still training clients all day long?
Do you own a business or does your business own you?
Are you missing precious time with your loved ones.
Do you own a business or have you just bought yourself a job.
Your boy Sam AKA 7figure Sam
PS – Have a great weekend and spend some quality time with your loved ones.
PPS – I got in a lot of trouble with the wifey when she found out that I had the top down with our daughter. That’s why daddy is cool and she is NOT ;)
I got busted because I posted this picture on Facebook

This is exactly the role that business should play in life – couldn’t have summed it up better.
Kaiser coming from you that means a lot my friend. Thank you for the opportunity with Super Trainer and I am having sooo much fun with it.
Great video, this is THE way to obliterate your competition, just simply be better & cooler as a person. I remember Brandon Campbell telling me he listens to “How To Win Friends & Influence People” once per month, which I think is a great idea.
Can’t wait for the next 4 episodes – and Alejandra you’re good on camera!
Oh no Michael, Don’t tell Ale looks good on camera her head is big enough
Thanks guys…and Michael don’t listen to Sam, all compliments are welcome and appreciated!;)
Sam give Boss Lady her props – and she’s an A-1 natural in front of the camera. Should have sold the site to her.
You’re right Alejandra is a natural. I am actually really blessed to have a partner like her. Her husband Luis is awesome and a big time marketer as well.
