    Can’t believe I saw this happening with my own eyes.

    Little by little or rather alot of posts and more posts that it was alomost hard to keep up, some great content, plus some drama, plus commenting is what it took.

    what else can you attribute this phenomenon and how can other bloggers do the same to get rankings and traffic like you and Big Red….I mean Big Chris

    I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the help of ALL contributors and the support of the whole fitness community.

    Believe it when I tell you that I am learning so much from ALL of you here. As a matter of fact I have implemented a bunch of new things in my own business that I have learned here.

    Sam!…..you are straight killing it! Kaiser was doing a great job with this site before but you have now elevated this great site to a complete new level. Every week you have amazing content and am sure i speak for a lot of trainers and fitness business owners out there….thank you for all of your hard work and your efforts to help guys like

    Really unbelievable what you’ve done with the site my man. Completely off the charts. Mind blowing. Haven’t seen this level of content, this pace of content, and this team of experts anywhere, on any site, in any niche, period. You’re a legend my man and the numbers only tell part of that story.
