3,000,000 Exercise Balls Recalled: Where’s a Top-Level Trainer When You Need One!?!?
Posted on 28. May, 2009 by 7Figure Sam.
It’s about time someone put a stop to the madness. I’m talking about recall of 3,000,000 fitness balls.
The truth is, this piece of “equipment” can be extremely dangerous if it falls into the wrong hands. It doesn’t take a CSCS to tell you that anything involving a barbell, one or more 45 plates, and a stability ball is probably not a good idea.

Thanks to BiasTraining from the Super-Trainer personal training forum for this picture – and here are some of the responses:

Answering TOP-LEVEL TRAINER MANUAL Owner Questions …
Posted on 10. Apr, 2009 by Kaiser.
Hey, do you want to know how to make a ton of friends in just a couple of days? You should release an online manual!!! That’s kind of what happened to me after the release of the Top-Level Trainer Manual – I’ve gotten bombarded with questions from owners of the Manual to expand on some of the details in there … Hey I’m not complaining – after all, no one forced me to start this blog! And it’s given me a chance to talk to some really serious trainers that are looking to make massive change in their lives, so I don’t have a problem with it – The only problem’s been finding time to get back to everyone (sometimes those emails just get buried). So I thought I’d set up the ole camera again and take the opportunity to answer a few questions from one of my “star pupils”, Summer out in LA – If you’re a trainer starting out, and have questions about finding training locations or targeting affluent neighborhoods, this video reply will help you out too – check it out: So there you go Summer! And I’m starting to realize something important here, that even though [...]

“ALL MARKETERS SHOULD KILL THEMSELVES!!!” The late, great Bill Hicks and I deliver our take on Information Marketing for Personal Trainers (gratuitous eye-candy included)!
Posted on 17. Sep, 2008 by Kaiser.
“Yes, you too can be the next ten million dollar fitness entrepreneur!” In part, Super-Trainer started as an answer to the shameless marketing that’s taken over the fitness industry over the past few years. It was a call to get back to basics – get good at training first and take advantage of what this field has to offer. But if you noticed, it’s not just in fitness that this information marketing craze has taken over. If you browse the web, you’ll see it in almost every field imaginable. With my original feelings on the subject, it’s kind of ironic that I too am now selling stuff online; in my case, it’s the new web and branding services I’m offering to help trainers get their practices pumping hard. And beyond that, maintaining a popular blog and looking to reach lots of people with it (after all, I’m not talking to myself) has forced me to learn a lot about marketing. In that way you could even call me a marketer. But before you throw me in with all the other snake oil peddlers, let me give you my take on this field and my stance on it and in it.

PERSONAL TRAINING ON CRACK! Jamo Nezzar acts a fool (watch the video).
Posted on 10. Oct, 2007 by Kaiser.
Funny what you’ll find on YouTube these days … I found a video clip of fellow Personal Trainer Jamo Nezzar, part of the launch of his new online training program, Jamcore Training. Most people need to smoke a gram of crack to feel as good as Jamo! Just goes to show how it feels when you love what you do. All jokes aside, Jamo’s one of the top trainers in the business. In a past life, he was a professional bodybuilder, one of the hardest sports in the world to reach pro status in. Jamo has run a successful Personal Training business for years in San Jose, California before starting his online venture; and from reviewing the site and reading his blog, he’s put together an extremely strong team at Jamcore. Here’s the video: Jamo’s (entertaining) online venture is an example of one of the privileges Personal Training offers you, what I call the JUMP, moving from one-on-one Training to other aspects of the fitness field. This is a multi-billion dollar industry, some say soon to be a trillion dollars, and it’s rate of growth just continues to accelerate. With the endless possibilities it offers, Personal Trainers have the unique [...]
