Wow! Luv Arnold. For thinking outside the box. Focus on his immediat and long term goals is where i'd really like to get in his head. I watched Pumping Iron too, and he was super focused and obviously set huge definite goals. I am so happy and grateful now that I'm moving forward from one-on-one training to an even more amazing six figure income.

To me Arnie is the very definition of success. Here is a man who stated with absolute confidence that he would be Mr Olympia, a famous Hollywood actor, and a politician. YEARS BEFORE IT EVER HAPPENED! And not only did he achieve this, he did it with absolute finesse and entertainment every time. Should be a lesson to all of us that what you believe can and will become your reality.

"It's a funny thing about life - if you expect nothing but the best, you'll very often get it"

I love stories like this, Just watched "Pumping Iron" last week for some inspiration to push myself in the gym. It's a classic.
You're right about goals that we think are too big and how they pale in comparision to Arnold's accomplishments.
Here are some of mine:
-Own my own personal training practice.
-Work a maximum of 20 hours per week.
-Have a six-figure income, just enough to not worry about money and support a family.
-Take several vacations per year and travel the world.

I'm curious, what are some of your goals and dreams Kaiser?

And anyone else posting, tell us yours.
