Sir Kaiser this by far was the most informative post to date! What a gift for today's entrepreneurial mind. One of my Top ten secrets is not to run any specials- I keep my ground and make sure I don't equate my service based on price. The new year at the gym my bring on the one hit wonders..they too will slip through the cracks and decelerate back to sedentary 'statue" lifestyle. I actually raise my rate $1.00 per visit every year. That equates to a $3916.00 salary increase per year! Now if your not in the gym and have an employee you can add $1958.00 for every additional trainer. We can see why the freedom to be your own boss outweighs the boundaries and guidelines of the typical norm. Peace out my friends- Happy Holidays to all you Super-Trainers!
