I worked with Dave Parise for four months. I also trained with three other trainers prior to meeting with Dave. As a busy business professional I take pride in service, and education. Dave's knowledge was above and beyond any trainer I ever worked with. I have totally changed my body, and the way I think about exercise. Dave taught me about my body, omitted exercises that made no sence, and were high risk. I now understand and practice everything he showed me.
