With traffic and other set-backs I didn&#8217;t end up even getting home until 12! I called my new client to tell her that I would be about an hour late (although I probably should have said I would be even later or have rescheduled). And needless to say, showing up late to your very first session doesn&#8217;t make a very positive first impression to begin (read my post on punctuality). [...]</description>
