Yup – definitely Ryan! I got a lot more than I was expecting – the whole thing was crazy – but what’s funniest is you seemed to hold the whole thing together almost like magic – and I saw you hanging and partying every night even more than I was – I don’t know how you do it man – haha – needless to say inside and outside the conference hall, this weekend was another life-changer – TRANSFORMATION – that’s something Ryan can do unlike anyone else, period.

I can’t thank you enough for all your help this weekend. You said you wanted a real “behind-the-scenes” look at the madness – you got it!

Seriously, you and Doug were troopers and I truly appreciate you helping out all weekend (especially during the speed connecting!). Once they’re ready, a set of the DVDs (all 17 of them) are coming your way.

Appreciate the shout-out. Great to meet you too after following your awesome blog and watching you in action capturing those videos etc
That late-night impromptu presentation showed us that before long information will be plentiful and easy will mean everyone is going it. The difference will be WHO you are and WHO you hang out with. Better to start building that social capital sooner rather than later .. by getting to events! Like Arnie said – I’ll be back!

Positivity is my thing man. Having sickle cell my only option is a hospital bed. We can save that for the BLOG post : )

Kaiser. It was a great pleasure meeting you man. The event was insane and hope to connect with you sometime soon since we are both in NYC.

With Fast Track and The Continuity Summit in the same month I think May will be a great month for all fitness professionals.
