If you're still on the fence about this whole fitness information product world, then the interview I just did with basketball trainer, speed coach, and fitness marketer, Alex Maroko, may be just the guy to hear from to motivate you to get moving on this.

I met Alex when I was with Kaiser at Ryan Lee's event a couple months ago. Because he was one of the only guys there my age (actually four years younger), I knew that this was someone I could learn from and was somebody that I had to get to know . Like me, Alex is a big believer that there are no good reasons or excuses (including age) that you can't succeed in business online if you have something of value to offer - and he is walking, talking proof.

Alex is an extremely nice guy and is very passionate about business and marketing, and the cool thing is, he loves talking about business, which will become obvious to you during the interview. Pay attention to learn how he did it all so fast. And I hope Alex doesn't get mad that I butchered pronouncing his last name to start the interview. For the record, it's pronounced muh-rok-oh. Had to clear that up. Anyway..

Check out the interview here:

I met Alex when I was with Kaiser at Ryan Lee’s event a couple months ago. Because he was one of the only guys there my age (actually four years younger), I knew that this was someone I could learn from and was somebody that I had to get to know . Like me, Alex is a big believer that there are no good reasons or excuses (including age) that you can’t succeed in business online if you have something of value to offer – and he is walking, talking proof.

Alex is an extremely nice guy and is very passionate about business and marketing, and the cool thing is, he loves talking about business, which will become obvious to you during the interview. Pay attention to learn how he did it all so fast. By the way, I goofed and kind of butchered pronouncing his last name at the beginning of the interview. To set the record straight, it’s pronounced muh-rok-oh – like the country. Had to clear that up. Anyway..

Check out the interview here:

Alex is a perfect example of someone with knowledge and expertise in a niche (basketball and speed training), who decided to share and sell his information online. In less than a year, he’s already climbed to the top level of the fitness marketing industry and has had the chance to network and learn from some of the heavy hitters in internet and fitness marketing. Guys like Kaiser, Joel Marion, Vince Delmonte, just to name a few..

He got his start online in the basketball niche earlier this year and has now moved on to marketing his new speed training product. Do yourself a favor and check out his newest websites and see what he’s doing lately.

www.TruthAboutQuickness.com

www.GameSpeedInsider.com

As Alex suggested in the interview, you should get on his email list and observe how he does his marketing. This is one free way to learn from someone who doing it right. Like Kaiser talked about recently, if you’re looking for someone to MODEL yourself after, this is one of the people you’re going to want to pay attention to.

Now take your new found knowledge and perspective and go take some action – NOW!

First off I’d like to start this post off by mentioning I haven’t gone totally off the deep end (yet) …

And secondly, this is not really a new series of posts I’m starting on the blog about people that hate personal training (unless you want to see more of them) …

But I thought a little humor would be appropriate for the guy I’m profiling here right now – it’s my buddy Nate Green.

Now, I don’t think Nate hates Personal Training per se – he’s a guy that took his start in training and was able to leverage it into tremendous opportunities in the fitness industry.

Most of what Nate has been doing is online, but not in the typical, e-book, affiliate marketing, joint venture sense.

He broke the mold and took it by a different angle, by landing a full-time gig writing for the top online training magazine, T-Nation, getting a major book published, and then blogging about all of it.

Add to that serial networking, balls, and a good sense of humor, and you’ve got a fitness success story that is still really just in its starting stages.

There’s nothing more that can be said about Nate that hasn’t been covered in the TWO times I’ve had him on the blog – the first was a print interview, and the second was a full length audio call we did, going into Nate’s story.

If you’re one of the thousands of newcomers to the blog since the recent re-launch, I’ve put them both together into one super-post below – here’s the audio first, and you’ll find the print part of our first interview right below it

Whatsup Nate – From looking at everything you’ve accomplished in the industry at such a young age and short time, marketing and self-promotion seem to have been a driving force in your career. This is really interesting because way too many fitness professionals put this on the back burner and expect their marketing to just happen on it’s own – can you talk about that?

I agree with you; most don’t understand how important “marketing and self promotion” are to overall success in their fitness businesses. However, I think there are two distinct points often overlooked from non-marketers and ambitious people, alike:

1. You absolutely must be credible and good at what you do before you unveil your “brand” to your customers and fans. No wannabes allowed.

2. You have to understand that marketing is merely drawing people’s attention to your core values, your habits, your work ethic – everything that encompasses you – projected by what you do, what you say, who you meet, what you stand for, and if you continue to act congruently with that message.

“What I mean by that last point is simple: while you can dupe yourself, you can’t pull a fast one on others. They’ll notice if your message doesn’t “fit” with you.”

Don’t write an e-book about fat loss if you’ve never really produced results with actual people. Don’t try to write about physical therapy issues if you’ve only read an entry-level text about rehabilitation. And make sure to keep your charisma, your innocence, your wit, your sense of humor (whatever it may be), your arrogance, your whatever. Don’t be afraid to show who you are and what you stand for. And if you’re in a position where you can’t express yourself the way you like, I’d suggest figuring out a new career path.

I write about looking good naked, weight-training, girls, bourbon, travel, cigars, sex, steak dinners, Testosterone, and close friends and family. I’m not trying to re-write the basics of exercise physiology. And I never have to use the word “tummy.”

Yes, very true – that marketing must be grounded in reality. I don’t know why, but a lot of trainers are looking to make the jump before they’ve even developed a specialty, learned to deliver value to clients, or earned a stable income from fitness. Speaking of Personal Training, you’ve stepped away from the career for a little while – do you plan on going back?

Currently, no. While I loved training, I owned my own private studio and was actively training clients for the past four years, I realized how exhausting it was for me and how unmotivated I felt.

Now, that certainly wasn’t always the case. I had an amazing “job” and a great group of clients, but I started to lose my passion for my own fitness and health.

I was sulking through workouts, getting less than six hours of sleep, eating at random times, and succumbing to time-famine, causing my social life to sputter.

Does everyone in the fitness industry feel that way? Of course not. There are some who love to train one on one or in small groups; I prefer to speak to a different audience and help them through media, whether my blog, my articles, or my book.

Haha – you don’t have to sell me on that one- me and a lot of trainers are in or have gone through the same situation. Burn-out’s the mortal enemy for any ambitious Personal Trainer. Yeah, you mentioned the media – you’ve moved on to the role as a Journalist now with your job at Testosterone magazine – how did that happen and how’s it coming along?

Honestly, I was a journalist before I ever was a fitness professional; I’ve just combined the two.

A lot of people thought I just fell into my writing career: “It must just be who he knows!” some say. But I’ve always wanted to write. Personal training was a means to an end – a way for me to find out what inspired me and how I could share my idea of the ideal fitness and lifestyle with others.

When I was a junior in high school, I covered sports for my hometown weekly newspaper. I was the editor of my high school newspaper. I wrote for a handful of local publications before I ever had the opportunity to submit to a big magazine. And when I contributed to those magazines – namely, Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Maximum Fitness, STACK and T-Nation.com – I was still training clients.

Fast-forward to last winter and I got my first book deal. Skip ahead to this summer, and I accepted a full time position as a contributing editor to Testosterone (T-Nation.com), leaving my training studio in the hands of my business partner. It definitely wasn’t planned out, but it wasn’t out of left field, either. They say “luck” is when opportunity meets preparation. I believe that.

You mentioned the people you know in this industry, and it’s a pretty impressive list. You maintain a social and professional circle of some of the top dogs. What’s the importance of networking in fitness?

It’s as important as networking in any situation. It’s how you get your foot in the door. It’s how you start word-of-mouth chatter, rumors (both good and bad), and cement yourself in the minds of others.

But remember, you must be good at what you do before you try to get “fast-tracked.” You don’t want to arrive at the top of the world to be reminded your skills are lagging way f*cking behind.

“Be honest, interesting, and humble. Be intriguing. Listen. Surprise them.”

Lou Schuler, my editor and good friend, once wrote me that at a certain point in your career, your experience and contacts will speak for themselves. Nobody will be talking if you haven’t introduced yourself, though.

Yeah that’s a good point – speaking of contacts, I checked your Flickr and noticed you recently met someone you’ve admired for some time, Tim Ferris, author of the best seller The Four Hour Workweek which is a really good book I’ve mentioned a bunch of times on the blog – what was that like?

Yeah Tim’s a friend. His book helped me straighten some things out and for that I am incredibly grateful.

He actually contacted me earlier this year and asked to see more of my writing after reading a post I left on his blog. We’ve been in touch ever since. That picture was just our first face-to-face meeting.

And speaking of blogs, you’ve got a great one – everyone can find Nate’s blog about fitness and lifestyle here. We’ve never met, but from reading your blog I get the feeling you’re a real high energy guy, but you also value peace and serenity – what’s your view on life?

High energy? Really? I should print that out and show it to my mom who calls me a “grandpa.”

I work effectively. I keep myself entertained. I have an amazing circle of friends and a very inspiring family. I love the company I work for – their mission and values are very aligned with my own. I value my health. I like to lift heavy shit. I enjoy looking good. I like bourbon, green tea, cigars, glazed doughnuts, Coke Zero, and helping people.

I have diversity and routine at the same time. That’s the “secret”, I think. It keeps me sane, at least.

It’s obvious you place a high priority on your lifestyle – I think people don’t put enough importance on this, and then end-up very disappointed even if they do achieve their goals. Is your lifestyle your first priority?

Absolutely. You and I only have a small, precious amount of time. We need to have the ability—the courage—to do what we want, when we want. We need to outline our “perfect life” and work like hell to reach it.

______________________________________________________________

In terms of combining fitness, lifestyle, along with his own quirky personality and views, Nate’s a guy that broke that’s really found a way to do it on his own terms.

I guess in that case, he must love Personal Training, because like so many other success stories, it’s what got him there.

CHRIS McCOMBS – My good buddy Chris runs the extremely popular personal training marketing blog kickbacklife.com. Although he’s the head of a lovely family, Chris is known for his profanity and love of near-naked women. He’s a rockstar in this business, and it’s not uncommon for his loyal fans to leave 50+ comments on one of his blog posts.

Here’s what Chris had to say about how he gained the skills to become a kick-ass marketer:

There is a lot to Internet Marketing … it’s not just like you’re gonna throw a website up and the whole world’s gonna come to it and the phone’s gonna start ringing up. There’s a lot more to it than that.

I personally learn stuff better one thing at a time. I just kind of accomplish one thing at a time instead of tackle 16 things at once – just get good at one thing first. Now I didn’t become a super master expert, at any of then. Like in any of the things I’m good at, there are people who blow me away. However, I’m good enough in enough different areas to be real dangerous.

I think this is something everyone should know… to be good enough to make a lot of money, you don’t have to be the best guy in the world ’cause there’s always people who are gonna be way better – but if you’re really good at certain things, you can still get there.

———————————————————————————–

CYNTHIA CONDE – Now we have my local home town girl from New York City, Cynthia Conde. Cynthia is the queen in the business of offline fitness marketing. She’s used her personality and hustle to get a bunch of celebrity clients, a book deal, reality TV show, and recently opened her own fitness studio. Cynthia breaks down the complete winner’s mindset and competitive edge it take to make it big in fitness:

If you see an opportunity, do not second guess it off. WE get that enough, we get enough negative things around us, whether it be the media or people we know who try to break you down. You need to think positive and just look ahead. You just never know, and if you try something and you fail, try something else.

Fitness is just amazing. Why? Because there will always be a market for people like us, for trainers like us. We all know that a basic workout, with weight training, a cardio program, coupled with a nutrition program, will get you results. But the average person is finicky. They’re bored, and they don’t want to do just weight training, or they don’t want do average cardio. So we as trainers have to come up with really cool ideas to motivate our clients – whether it’s a bootcamp, blogging, sports specific training, you name it, you create it, you’re in charge.

———————————————————————————–

CRAIG BALANTYNE – Now we have a guy that I got to hang with a lot this past weekend, Craig Ballantyne. I call Craig the father of the modern e-book, because it’s fact that he’s inspired and guided many of the online fitness success stories you see and hear about today. I’ve worked with Craig on several projects in the past, and we have many more coming – here’s what he had to say the last time he was on:

There’s a lot of people that need help with fitness and there’s a lot of ways to deliver your message. The things is, with all of this internet, multimedia, and social networking stuff, you really only have to connect very strongly with a small number of people in order to create a very comfortable lifestyle. You don’t need a hundred thousand people, you don’t need to be on national TV, you don’t need to be the best biggest wizard trainer, and you don’t need to have the greatest success story.

I know lots of people doing well that ninety nine percent of fitness trainers have never heard of. I still go to the gym and I never get recognize, so I mean nobody knows Craig Ballantyne. You only need to get your hand in a tight leash with a great product and a really good story, and a connection with the people who have a problem, and you give them solution, and you need just a few thousand people paying twenty five bucks a month on a membership site – that’s it.

———————————————————————————–

KAISER SERAJUDDIN – Call me vain, but sometimes I just read some of my own stuff to get pumped up – trust me, when you have thousands of page of content (when did I write all of that) and articles floating around, you’ll do the same thing too. Here’s something that came from my TOP-LEVEL TRAINER MANUAL, and it always keeps me grateful for the lifestyle fitness has given me:

If you grew up in typical household, you probably don’t feel like you deserve to have it so easy. Watching my parents wake-up every day at 6 AM and come home exhausted, I started to feel that this is the way life was supposed to be.

If your upbringing was similar, you also watched your parents consumed by their work, losing touch with their own lives and interests. As you enter adulthood, you begin to believe this is normal. This world-view is reinforced through the media and popular culture; the idea that you’ve got to go to school for many years, and after that get started in a career where you’ll be overworked and underpaid for several more years after that.

You’re also led to believe that you have to work for a jerk-wad boss and look forward to your 2 week vacation every year. If you work especially hard and are really successful, you might even get a promotion, where you can work even more hours and hopefully make a little more pay.

And if you’re really lucky, one day when you’re old and overweight, you’ll be able to make enough money to live comfortably and retire a few years early; but at this point your youth has passed you by and all you have to show for it are a bunch of possessions, but no real life experiences.

———————————————————————————–

It’s always great to have something motivational to look at to get you back in the zone. And that’s very important, because belief and a positive attitude are essential if you plan to get anything done. Okay! I’m good now, and ready to get back to work – which one was your favorite? Let me know …

If you follow this blog you know who Dave Parise is – the man is basically the prototype Personal Trainer …

And one thing about Dave is he’s never shy or hesitant to share his vast wisdom; he did over 1.6 MILLION in sales at his facility in Connecticut without any of the direct response advertising tactics I’ve told you about and you’ve been reading about on the web – just plain old fashioned positive PR!

Here are a couple of choice bits of wisdom from the master, and a couple of excellent and tremendously AFFORDABLE tools he’s put out there for trainers to take what they do to the top-level:

_______________________________________________________

Ultimately, it’s not about certification… it’s about application!

By Dave Parise Super Trainer Advisory Board

Please remember certifications mean nothing. They look great on the wall. If they make you feel better, then so be it. I once read a book on surgery, does that make me a doctor?

I want you to take time to look around at some of the exercises being performed at your fitness center. You may have a laugh, a wonder, or a moment of insight. I hope you see and understand the difference between function, and dysfunction. I hope you understand the meaning of “Just because you can… does not mean you should.” Please remember most exercises are based on a sensation, “a feeling.” Most range of motion is based on how far you pull or push the load. And how strong you or your buddies are. Usually people base it on how much weight can be thrown, with as much motion as possible! We must correct all the poor teachers out there. The certification organizations don’t care they just want you to pay and pass the test. So I ask you to forget about what you see, or feel, and understand “it’s not what you do but the way you apply it.” I hope this makes you think…that’s the first step to becoming a huge success.

Now for the constructive part of my lesson to you. I do apologize for this next statement. Most trainers from east to west and across the pond have a one-size-fits-all attitude. They are commonly called “rent-a-buddies”. They count reps; they perform single plane movements from a fixed manufactured machine. Some learn the latest “functional” moves from a magazine or downloaded from the internet. They walk around recording reps and sets in a little book with a training company logo. Once in a while they come out of the circle and offer a brief moment of insight or motivation. Why? Maybe personal training is just looked at as a supplement to their ‘real job”.

_______________________________________________________

Assess dont guess…makes $$$$

By: Dave Parise CPT

It all comes back to this: goal needs, anatomy, and levels of control. Let’s recap quickly so we’re still on the same page. Many personal trainers start a program picking exercises that are way too demanding. Improper exercise form will cause poor neuromuscular motor programming leading to or exasperating muscular skeletal imbalances.

An example of this would be as follows: I have a client who comes in after sitting all day at the office. He has a little bit of an anterior pelvic tilt, protracted shoulder girdle, and forward head posture. We take him over to the ab machine (to flatten the tummy…right!).

There is no way the machine could match the spine’s path. The machine is on a fixed axis of rotation … the spine is not on a fixed axis of rotation. THE SPINE IS MOVABLE AND ACTS LIKE A CHAIN, SO MOTION OCCURS AT EACH AND EVERY LEVEL! The client grabs the handle behind his head, anchors the feet and yanks the handles promoting more forced forward head posture. The illio psoas that attaches to the pelvis and the lessor trocantar of the femur now becomes a major trunk flexor. The legs are fixed, overpowering the other muscles in that region. What the %^#^*#? are we doing to this person? We are totally screwing up his posture, and now he leaves with poorer posture then he came in with! Do you understand what we mean by anchoring the feet you bring in other muscles? We all need to look at the body as our assessment tool.

_______________________________________________________

Of course as you already know, I got Dave on the TOP-LEVEL TRAINER PROGRAM (the course wouldn’t have been complete without him) – but if you want more info from him check out the valuable resources listed below and you’ll learn a lot about what Dave had to share with the program owners …

When it comes to telling it like it is in the world of training and fitness, there’s one guy you can always depend on: Eric Cressey.

And he has the right to talk – Eric’s one of the guy’s setting the standard from both the business and training side of the fitness industry for the new age of trainers and coaches.

And through his blog, Eric’s never afraid to share his thoughts or get involved with controversial subjects. I’m a very loyal reader of his blog for all of the excellent training info, industry commentary, and the fact that it’s also funny as hell sometimes.

I wanted to get Eric on the my blog to talk about some of these industry issues and to shed some light on a few of the topics that have come up on his blog and mine. What resulted was an excellent conversation that brought up many of these areas. A few of the issues we got into were:

Is their a need for accreditation in Personal Training?

How to train groups and still keep everyone’s goals in mind.

How to grow a training business that still has training as the main focus.

Here’s the audio of our conversation:

Eric-Cressey.mp3

What a lot of people don’t realize is that Eric’s also one of the shrewdest business people in this game too. In his business, he has a partner in charge of the business responsibilities – that’s what allows him to pursue his passions without being bothered by the figures. You can learn more about the set-up of Eric’s business from the last time he was on the blog: Eric Cressey’s First Appearance On Super-Trainer.

And of course, check out Eric’s blog about Strength And Conditioning For Athletes HERE.

Hey, there’s a lot of power in the press …

And I spoke to a woman recently that has a lot riding on her shoulders, Shelby Murphy, the Editor-In-Chief of Personal Fitness Professional Magazine.

In our profession there are very few real magazines to begin with, and hers happens to probably be the best. With her responsibilities there, that naturally makes her a major force in shaping the thinking of thousands of trainers, and the image and ideas we’re exposed to.

If you want info on the industry and profession, there’s no one better to talk to – Shelby’s right there in the thick of it - she’s also a practicing trainer, studio owner, and bootcamp instructor, so she’s obviously someone with her hand firmly on the pulse of this business.

Besides the challenges and fun, there’s a professional side to what we do – that’s why I wanted to get Shelby on to talk about some key issues in the training industry and her thoughts and feelings about all of it – what resulted was a very informative conversation every trainer needs to check out:

Shelby-Murphy-interview.mp3

I’m a huge fan of some of the changes she’s implemented since getting into her new position. She’s a very forward thinker – she has to be to have signed me up as a writer! But I’m proud to have my name associated with the magazine and all of the authors that are in it – there isn’t a bigger, better, and “realer” bunch in the business!

VERY, VERY rarely do you come across a piece of just killer, kick ass content that’s out in the open, being given away for free …

Well buckle yourself in boys and girls, because this is one of those times!

I recently talked to Joel Marion about HOW TO CREATE AND MARKET A FITNESS E-BOOK (and his career in general) and what resulted was one of the most hype-free and informative interviews you’ll find anywhere.

Joel’s a guy that for the most part has been staying off the radar, but progressively accomplishing bigger and bigger things and making a major name for himself in the fitness industry.

His latest project is a major fitness e-book release called Cheat Your Way Thin, that’s set to come out on April 28th (with the pre-launch beginning today).

In the process of our conversation, Joel held absolutely nothing back and basically spilled the entire blueprint behind what’s sure to be a million dollar product. And in the process, he explained everything that’s gotten him to this point, and it’s a real crazy story.

If you don’t know about Joel, here’s a very quick bio:

- He’s the author of The Cheat To Lose Diet, a very popular diet book that’s sold tons of copies in the bookstores and became an Amazon.com number one bestseller.

- He runs a killer fitness site at bodytransformationinsider.com

- And he’s also a a former EAS Body For Life Grand Champion

And like I said, he’s now involved in one those major e-book launches, but on a level that’s never really been seen before.

Cheat Your Way Thin is based on a concept Joel has become known for – it’s one that most of us are aware of, but he was smart enough to drive home – that during any diet plan, intermittent cheating is necessary to regulate leptin levels and prevent “starvation mode”.

Let’s hear the full story from Joel (Yes, we now have audio clips! And feel free to download the full interview as well!):

Joel-Marion.mp3

I’m sure that gave you a real good idea of what goes on behind the scenes and leading up to one of these internet marketing success stories.

If you were wondering how to sell one of these e-books and how they make money, here’s a quick summary of how it works:

You can apply to get a link to sell the fat-loss program from the Cheat Your Way Thin launch site (it’s all the way at the bottom, under AFFILIATES). You can then recommend this product to others through your link, either by putting it on your own blog, or sending it in a message to anyone else you have on your list of past or present clients (if you don’t have one of these lists, start making one).

You’ll then earn 75% of the selling price - very simple.

This simple math is the reason why affiliate marketing is such a popular business online these days – it’s because you make almost all of the money for selling a product someone else worked painfully hard to create and make attractive to buy.

The way Joel makes money is this: by doing an amazing job of creating and marketing the product, he can get potentially thousands of affiliate marketers to jump on board and work to sell the product for him day and night.

The way Joel gets the attention of all of these major affiliates marketers is by having a strong initial launch, which he’s worked hard to organize with the relationships he’s formed in the industry over the years.

Sounds easy right? Well as you heard from Joel, there was a lot of work, really a lifetime’s worth, that went into it in the background. But in general, the formula is fairly simple – you just have to be willing to give tons of value to other people, and just expect a little bit back in return.

Sorry, I still haven’t found any get rich quick info for you – I’ll keep looking, but til then, at least you’ve still got Top-Level Training!

It’s funny how our little personal training and fitness world works …

… because although he’d never get recognized at the mall, I talked to a guy recently who’s an absolute celebrity to trainers worldwide (and just like any celebrity, almost everyone has something to say about him) – Craig Ballantyne.

In some way or another we all know who Craig is – whether you’re working on an e-book, attending conferences, or just hating on him for making money doing basically the same thing you might be doing 12 hours a day for peanuts; Craig’s a guy that’s very active in this business and known by and friends with most of the people at the top of it.

What Craig’s famous for is bringing the e-book mainstream to a new generation of young trainers that have used him for help or inspiration in their own online efforts. His reach is much larger than e-books now, with his original project, Turbulence Training now with a huge membership and community component to it, and Craig now heavily involved as a business coach in all the areas of online training, from e-books, to membership sites, to oline promotion.

Here’s the audio from our conversation: (I know everyone’s been asking for the MP3s and i-tunes downloads of these interviews instead of these youtube files – I’ll be posting them, in addition to back issues, on the blog for you very soon).

[There is a video that cannot be displayed in this feed. Visit the blog entry to see the video.]

[There is a video that cannot be displayed in this feed. Visit the blog entry to see the video.]

Craig’s obviously not a fly by night success story – he went through the usual channels, from graduate school to gym work, to gain his knowledge and experience.

And as you heard in the interview, Personal Training eventually turned into his first book , Turbulence Training, which eventually led to an entire online business.

Although they seem like relatively simple ventures, the earnings figures of some of these online e-books are amazing, putting what a lot of major traditional authors are doing to shame.

And when you hear it from Craig, his overall mastery of the business makes it seem deceptively simple – that’s a good thing, because he make the information accessible and chunk-able for anyone to use and work with.

You can find more about Craig’s online business coaching here: Online Super Profits.

And of course, his Turbulence Training program can be found here: Turbulence Training Fat Loss System.

Craig’s message is a very positive one: he points out that in the process of his writing and online publishing, he became a much better and more knowledgeable trainer. That’s the take home message, that online publishing is for everyone, and the process will help your knowledge and career take off.
