Yesterday I send an email out that caused quite an uproar. Do I necessarily like their workout methods? Nope Are they known for causing injuries? Yes Side Note: As a matter of fact, I know a doctor in Orange County that ONLY treats Crossfit injuries and he is booked SOLID. Do I necessarily agree with their business methodology? Nope Does it matter what you and I think? Nope You see Crossfit has create something more than just another workout program they have created a “Way of Life” I have said it before and I will say it again….. If you’re going to be another trainer offering personal training, boot camp, semi private training, you’re a commodity. Being in a commodity business is a race to the bottom. You should always… Look at all the businesses around you in and out of your industry and apply what works for them to your business MINUS anything that conflicts with your core value and beliefs. Do I want to train like a Crossfitter? Nope Do I want to open one up? Nope Do I want to build a strong community and CULTure? Yes Do I want to give my clients more than just […]

Whether you like them or not….. The main reason they’re crushing it is their CULTure. If you notice they basically do ZERO marketing. Unless some dying “Boot Camp” franchise they understand the importance of CULTure and their product. They are not trying to be everything to everybody. They are who they are and people either love them or hate them. And that my friend is BRILLIANT. Fitness Revolution has build a CULTure of over delivering to their clients. They also don’t rely on gimmicky, cheesy marketing tactics. As a result they are the fastest growing personal training franchise in the world. I said it before and I will say it again, get your clients results and deliver 10X the value and you will never, EVER have to worry about your next meal. Simply… One of the best books I have ever read was called “The Carrot” Principle by Adrian Gostick and Chester Elton. It basically talked about how to use “recognition” to engage and retain clients and employees. I highly recommend picking it up. Your boy Sam,

What’s up folks? Here at Weekend With Sam, here in 2013, second year in a row. Sam, is information-pimping. And he had his top notches out there pimping out the information. We had Curtis and Michael and Kevin and Dax and the list goes on and on and on dropping mad, mad information nuggets. And if you take one or two of those nuggets, you get a ten thousand increase on your investment.

But you know, no one is pimping information like Weekend With Sam, my friend. So if you get a chance to join next year, you should.

What’s going on, Sam? You put on a great event, man. You’re totally over delivering on everything again as always. If you really want – if you are even thinking about coming out to one of these events, the knowledge I’ve gotten in the past two days, I can go home and start to implement them right away. It’s going to double, triple and even quadruple my income. I mean that’s a guarantee. There are great speakers. It’s a great weekend.
