But it’s all those like motivational videos and the dare to be great videos and our deepest fears that we are inadequate and came across a video here by Ray Lewis.

The Truth About Core Training

The Truth About Core Training

Guest Post By Jim Smith “Smitty” One of the biggest challenges we face as trainers is to get our clients to understand the truth.  The truth about what it really takes to get the results they want.  Unfortunately, many myths still exist today that work against us every step of the way. Without a doubt, the myths about core training or “six-pack abs” training are all over the place; YouTube, magazine stories, popular e-books, Facebook, and on and on… No wonder our clients are confused about what it really takes to get “abs.”  They would rather do hundreds of reps of crunches rather than clean up their diet – because they think they can ‘out train’ the poor nutritional choices they make throughout the day.  When we already know the truth.  Getting six pack abs is a consistent application of good nutrition and training, day in and day out. And as a trainer, we know the “six-pack ab” look will come with time if they follow your nutritional advice, but we have something much bigger in mind – safety and performance.  We know the core’s role is not about looks, it is about keeping our client’s backs safe and helping […]

Hey it’s your main man 7-figure Sam, Today, I want to share with you the BIGGEST business lesson that I’ve learned so far in my business life. The lesson I am about to share will be the difference between staying in business and going out of business. This is a story about a guy I know “Pete” who had the potential to build a massive business. When “Pete” Started his business he was very humble and was all about delivering value to his customers. “Pet’s” business was thriving and massive success was inevitable. Until…….. SERVING PEOPLE “Pete” started shifting his focus from serving his customers to driving sales, sales and more sales. Unfortunately when a company is only sales driven manipulation will shortly follow. There is a fine line between Marketing and Manipulation. According to Wikipedia: Manipulation is a type of social influence that aims to change the perception or behavior of others through underhanded, deceptive, or even abusive tactics. According to Wikipedia:  Marketing is “the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large. I cannot dispute that manipulations work. Every one of them […]

Work Smarter & Faster – 8 steps to Limitless Productivity

Work Smarter & Faster – 8 steps to Limitless Productivity

When was the last time you felt a 10 out of 10, high energy, amazing take on the world feeling.  A sense of super high productivity that allows you to blast through your “to-do” list like its nothing.    If you ever watched the movie “Limitless”, then you saw unstoppable productivity in action.  The hero in the movie comes across a powerful drug called “NZT” that gives him super human levels of intelligence and productivity… Unfortunately we don’t have an endless supply of NZT lying around, instead we have proven tactics that actually work to boost our efficiency, and I’m going to share a few of my own… When I’m in full work mode, I adopt a “Don’t Think, Just Do” policy, basically I block my time and go to work on conquering my to-do list.  Putting myself in a high action state and just doing what needs to be done with minimal thoughts or distractions. 1.  First off I just make sure I’m feeling good.  I do that by listening to some motivational audio, music or reading the highlights from a favorite book of mine… As long as I feel a sense of clarity,  I know that my objectives will get done.  Make sure […]

Hey. What’s up Super-Trainer? This is Ian Hart and I’m doing a video post about a postcard I did that helped me bring in good cash flow on a monthly basis and it’s something that Sam helped me out with so I’m going to share that with you and hopefully can help you out.

In the background, you might hear some screaming noises as we got some training going on. So we try to limit that as much as possible but you know how it goes, trying to get this done in the room next to our training.

So first off, I’m just going to show you real quick the postcard that I sent out. All right? So here we have the postcard that I sent out and the simple headline, Lose 7 to 12 Pounds of Fat in 21 Days Guaranteed: Discover Beaufort’s – that’s where I live – Number 1 Fat Loss Program Guaranteed to Give You Permanent and Rapid Results.

Then obviously before-and-afters, the price point and just a simple copy and on the back, more before-and-afters which is always going to be the most powerful thing that people want to see. Then we have the features and benefits and then more on the pricing and then scarcity. Obviously the first 20 people that register and then the location and all that good stuff.
