Personal trainer marketing is a confusing job, but with the high energy levels of a personal trainer it can be taken care of relatively easily with the proper application of that energy. Chances are a personal trainer will have little experience in advertising and will in effect have to learn as they go. This isn’t as bad as it might seem. If the personal trainer can make advertising into something fun they will be more likely to be able to perform it adequately without letting other aspects of their business suffer. The same kind of determination to be a personal trainer is the kind of push and determination needed for personal trainer marketing.   Whether you’re a personal trainer or CEO of an successful gym, having a blog is one of the best ways to increase your clientele and profits. With today’s technology and social networking sites blogging is a key element to your success.   First, you have to know your shit and know you’re topic. Know what you want to write about and plan it. Planning and organizing before you begin the actual blog is a key component. Google the heading of your post and see what is already written about it and then you perfect it. Know it, plan it, and nail it!   Use a format that is attractive, organized, and user friendly. You can write the best content in the world but lose a browser in seconds because of format. So Here is My Normal Schedule. Monday-Thursday 3:15am Wake Up 4:00-5:30am Workout (At a different gym than my own. I don’t believe in working and working out at the same place) 5-30-7:00am Shower, breakfast at corner bakery (Usually Anaheim Scramble and oatmeal) 7am-4pm Work on my business either from my home office, gym office or Starbucks. 4pm-8pm Family time. On Tuesday and Thursdays I pick up my princess from Chino Hills Christian School 8pm-10pm Read whatever book I am reading while watching a fight. (I TIVO all boxing and UFC fights) Fridays Same as Monday-Thursday but  catch up on reading on the beach. 8am-5pm.  Later date night with Wifey.   Saturday Daddy and me day – That’s the day I spend the whole day with my little princess. Usually take her to the Park, Water Park, Disneyland or just to great Grandma and Grandpa’s house. (I wish one day I get to see my great grandchildren). Saturdays also gives wifey a break from the little princess. VERY IMPORTANT YOU NEWLY FATHERS. KEEP HER HAPPY AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE HAPPY ;) Sundays Family and church day.
