As the original writer of this site, I’ve got to say I love what Sam’s done with it.  I’m big enough to admit it’s way better than when I was running the show.  He’s got some real world fitness industry heavy hitters on it, is giving away priceless content, and is sharing some of his style, flair, and attitude in the process.  This has always been one of the more popular sites in the business, and I’m sure that it will without a doubt become the biggest now for sure. I’m glad to still be a part of it and you can expect to hear a lot more from me.  Now that I’ve gone through a baptism of fire figuring out fitness bootcamps for the first time in my career, making every single mistake in the book, working way more hours than I wanted, and even having to dust off my trainer uniform and make a comeback into the hands on aspect of the business, my studio is at consistent 6 figure pace now after 6 weeks, growing by the day, and I finally have some time to catch my breath and start to contribute to this site in a meaningful […]

Hey guys, hope you and your fitness business are doing awesome! I feel VERY honored in being part of the new Super-Trainer family. It was actually this very same blog that turned me into dumping the gym and becoming an independent personal trainer a couple years ago. It’s a little weird, but the very first time I met Sam was when the original owner of Super-Trainer (Kaiser Serajuddin) asked me to interview him at his facility. At that time, back in January 2009, I had just left the gym to go out on my own… and I had never been in touch with ‘real success’ before. When I say ‘real success’ I’m talking about people that live on their own terms, define their own reality, and of course… do what they want, when they want, for however long they want to do it. You’ll hear it all over the place that it’s ‘important to surround yourself with successful people’, but really – after I met Sam the first time and doing a little video interview.. I remember driving back home thinking “I HAVE to be successful like him, I HAVE to, no matter WHAT’. Up until that point I had […]

Our Boot Camp is just blowing up. At least that’s what I hear. I decided to stop by there the other day for the first time in 3 months and found out that we have 3 new employees that I have never met. Wow is this how people like Donald Trump feel when they have employees that they never ever met? That was a big moment for me when they all said that they know who I am and thanked me for the opportunity. Seriously, I never thought I will be at that stage of automation. It all started about 9 months ago my my partner (Alejandra) approached my about opening up an indoor boot camp. At first I thought “another person just talking”. After all I have been approached by at least a dozen people about “partnering for a boot camp”. So I made Alejandra jump through some hoops to see if she was serious. After all many people talk but when the rubber meets the road they don’t do S***. So fast forward 9 months later. We have 342 active (PAYING) clients. Let me reiterate PAYING. I am not counting Groupon, trials, etc……. I am talking about recurring […]

On July 3rd of 2009 my whole life changed when I held my little girl in my arms for the first time. My life to that point was ALL about me. It was about my car, my watch, my clothes, my h***, well you get the idea.  Being a single child and becoming a bodybuilder (most selfish self center sport) and making a S*** load of money right after school didn’t help me much either. But as soon as I held my little princess and looked in her eyes I felt a shockwave throughout my body. All of the sudden I didn’t care about anything but to provide and protect this innocent little child. I realized that anything that I do can and will impact her future. Wow what a responsibility. As a matter of fact before we took her home for the first time I had to first pick up a “baby on board” sign. I actually for the first time in my life drove the speed limit (even slower) and I was paranoid of any cars near our vicinity. This little creature is responsible for giving me hope, drive, and determination to succeed. I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT […]
